Are There Any Side Effects Of Using Azithral 500 For Urine Infection?

I have just finished 3rd month of pregnancy. Now, after urine test, doctor said their is infection in urine. He prescribed azithral 500 one tablet a day for 3 days. Along with calcuim & Iron tablets. Why Azithral 500 is used to prescribed in pregnancy & what may be its side effects.
