Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Cernos Depot Injection?

I am on Testosterone replacement after pituitary surgery. I take cernos depot injection(90 days release) every 3 months. I fear Testicular Atrophy happen due to continuous injection. I have started the injections from December 2010 only. Doctor Please Tell Me if I need to take any precautions? Shall I ask My Endocrinologist if I need to take HCG?
