Are There Any Side Effects For Lipo 6 Black?

I m 28 years of age nd going to get married after 2 nd half months,I m about 85 kgs nd want to loose more than 20 kgs before my marriage ,so tht adviced to take lipo 6 black from my gym trainer.I just want to know abt the side effects nd also very curious to know abt is it harmful to my future pregnency.please suggest me.
