Are There Any Natural Ways Of Treating Polymyalgia Rheumatic A?

I have polymyaglia rheumatica and have gradually reduced the steroids (prendnisolone) incrementally from 25mg down to 3 over a period of about 15 weeks. Sometime ago i had neutrophilic vasculitis on both hands and was also treated with larger doses of prendnisolone which made a dramatic improvement. I understand that polymyaglia is associated with N V. Pain has returned since the reduction of the dose. Walking is very painful but I can cycle well. I would like not to have to increase the dose again and I am wondering are there any natural cures or other ways of treating it. I am 68. Regards - Paul Hardy
