Your wife is suffering from vaginal infection. It may be fungal or bacterial.
She may take these ayurvedic medicine-
1) Patrsngasava 4 teaspoon with 1/2 cup of water 2 times a day.
2) Strirasayan vati 2 tab 2 times in a day after meal.
3) Chandraprbha vati 2 tab 2 times in a day after meal.
You should also consult gynecologist.
No home remedy works in this case.
Avoid spicy and sour food.
Maintain personal hygiene.
I hope this will help you.

Hi, I have gone through your query and the treatment for such cases mainly include:
1. Avoid spicy, sour, salty food. Avoid pickles, sauce, vinegar, fermented foods, bread, cheese, chocolates. Proper rest necessary.
2. Maintain proper hygiene. Keeping vaginal area clean by washing it at least twice a day. Wash hands & genitals properly after intercourse. Do not use nylon clothes as undergarments. Use of proper cotton pads during periods.
3. Start Tb. Bolbaddha ras 2 thrice a day
Ashokarista 3 tsp thrice a day with 3 tsp warm water
Shatavari kalpa 2 tsp with milk
Shatavari Ghrut 1 tsp morning - evening
4. Vaginal douche (washing the vaginal area with decoction) - herbs like amra tvak, lodra , mocharas, ashok saal, nagkeshar. ( You can get these herbs from your nearest ayurvedic medical). boil these herbs in 4 times water to 1/4 decoction. You can add alum in this decoction.
5. If the symtoms persist even after the treatment the vaginal area will have to be examined by a doctor for infection, polps, cervical erosions etc.
