Hello sir i am 22 years and 5 3 height..i want to increase my height...3 -4 can i increase my height any way...please suggst me can i use any growth powder and yoko height increase device..duel..toghter...and excersise..please sir suggest me....will it help me increasing height???please reply me .

Hi,
After 20 years there is no chance of increasing height.
Any other measure for increasing height will not help.
Go for long bone exercises like jumping, cycling, pull ups, running.
Ok and take care.
