Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You are on a high dose of Neurontin and have to reduce the dose gradually. You are likely to be anxious, get panic attacks and even seizures. It would be better if you get admitted in a de-addiction center or have a specialized physician to be in constant contact with you as different medicines may have to be administered to counter your withdrawal symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
