Are there any home remedies for burns and tans ?

How to Get rid of sun Burns/tans/Black spots that have already developed(by a month before).Suggest Home Remedies for these??Thank You!!

Thanks for query,
Cover exposed area with clothes or gloves while going out.
Try to avoid going out between 11 to 4 as direct sun rays fall on the skin.
Apply sun lotion on the skin,
Apply moisturizing cream at night.
You can also apply Vaseline on the skin.
Avoid use of cosmetics

welcome to health care magic.
daily clean ur face with mild soap or use face wash instead of soap.use sunscreen and sun glasses wenever u go out.harsh soap,swimming,excess outing can cause sunburns so avoid excess sun exposure.never scrub ur face excessively.
never apply oily creams or milk based creams as it may damage skin if ur skin is oily.
never use chemical based soap,face wash.last bt least drink 1 to 2 litres of water daily to keep your skin healthy.
