Are There Any Harmful Side Effects Of Cilacar T Prescribed For Nasal Bleeding?

I had long history of Hypertension & am 57 yrs old. For Hypertension for last 15 yrs I regularly had Losartan 50 & S-Amlodipine 5 along with Astorvastatin 10 & was uneventful since BP was generally between 90 / 150 [mm of Hg], with the systolic persistently refusing to come down generally below 100. Recently however Epistaxis (Nasal Bleeding) occurred suddenly & at that time BP was measured to be 115 / 190. I was hospitalised for 3 / 4 days. After that doctor has put me on Cilacar T (10+40) 7 Rosuvastatin 10. My Triglyceride is presently 300 mg/dL whereas Total Cholesterol is 205. My question is that is there any bad side-effects of Cilacar T as some people have told me. & is medication OK ?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The nose bleeds called the epistaxis, are usually caused by the high readings of B.P. And after shedding out blood the B.P. becomes normal ,or stay at the same reading as in your case.
The sudden rise may be due to the anxiety, high salt diet, exertion or missing the tablet etc.
Never think whether this pill is good or not.Every pill have good and bads, every one don't get all the side effects. if you observe any side effect contact your doctor.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid un timely foods to avoid such rise in B.P.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
