I am in the northeaster part of the USA but I am looking for an online chat type support that is reasonable in price. Most of the counseling sites are fairly expensive. I can't afford 1, 2, 3 dollars a minute. I am looking for something that's around $30.00 to $40.00 an hour.

I am sorry I am trained in CBT and dealing with self harm and personality issues but am a male. The one female psychiatrist that I know who is trained in DBT (more suited for self harm and sexual abuse, personality issues) says it is better for a person with this type of issues to see a therapist face to face than over internet (meaning she will not be able to help :-). I know of female psychiatrists who have long and good experience in psychiatry but who do not have specific psychotherapy training...if you want me to ask them I shall.

Yes that would be great if you could look into these other people. I would prefer chat anyway. It's easier that sitting in front of someone. Could you ALS check out pricing as I am on a budget. Thank you for your kindness.
