Are There Any Drug Interactions Between Nortriptyline And Valium?

In severe pain from degenerating disk L5 and S1. Went to urgent care was Xrayed to make there were no spinal fractures, there were none. MD gave me 5 mgs of valium to help with spasms and an injection of diluden (so?) Both meds helped bring down pain levels from ten to a five. Getting ready for bed, should I take my regular med. of nortriptyline 25 mgs? I have chronic ReA ( Reiters) and take the nortriptaline to help with depression from other chronic pain. Just don t want to take too many meds.

Tryptomer tab and diazepam have no interaction but both are sedative if dose of tryptomer is required is less as in old people and sedation is required we can add diazepam other wise by adjusting dose of tryptomer from 25 to 150mg is sufficient
