Sprouts are very good when it comes to nutrition. They are high in antioxidants which helps us to fight infection,Vitamin C, Protein, minerals, very gud for heart patients, for gud blood circulation, for hair fall, glowing skin. One should not eat raw sprouts but cooked sprouts can be eaten one bowl a day.
