Yes, a number of things to watch out for. 1) Gastrointestinal problems. These can range from mild upset and slight burning sensations to a full blown GI bleed which is an emergency situation. 2) Aspirin reduces the ability of the blood to clot. Therefore, you may notice that it takes longer for small cuts to stop bleeding. Also you could notice black and blue marks from bumps you may encounter because there was a small amount of internal bleeding when you bumped into something. 3) There may be interference or interraction between aspirin and other drugs you may be taking. Finally, your dentist should be informed that you are taking aspirin. Daily aspirin is SERIOUS BUSINESS AND should not be started without consulting your doctor. Hope this helps
