HI
FIRST OF ALL I WANT TO KNOW YOUR AGE.YOU HAVE GIVEN A VERY SHORT HISTORY BUT MY CONCLUSION IS YOU ARE HAVING EXERTIONAL BREATHLESSNESS.THIS IS ONE OF THE SYMPTOMS OF HEART FAILURE,BUT IT CAN BE SEEN IN SOME OTHER COMMON CONDITIONS LIKE ANEMIA(LOW HEMOGLOBIN).I WUD SUGGEST YOU TO CONSULT A PHYSICIAN.A DETAILED CLINICAL EXAMINATION WITH HEMOGLOBIN TEST AND ECG WILL GIVE YOU LIKELY PICTURE AND ALSO GUIDE FURTHER EVALUATION IF NEEDED.
THANKS
