Are The Scars Visible On The Chest X-ray Related To Pulmonary Fibrosis?

My wife is suferring from scherloderma and one year ago in her chest xray scar visible due to old koch disease from which she suffered in childhood Now in recent x ray these scars are visible but doctor this time tells that it is pulmonary fibrosis What i should do please help??

I really appreciate your concern, actually the x-ray findings needs to be correlated with the clinical condition for which it has been done that is the only option you have second if this is confusing then you can go for second clinical opinion with pulmonologist hope this information helps.
