Dear patient
Multi drug resistant tuberculosis is serious problem and should be dealt by expert. You have shifted from one regimen to other that also increases chances of drug resistance. I would advise biopsy from infective tuberculosis site and get it checked for AFB staining and culture and sensitivity of organism isolated. By doing culture and sensitivity sensitive antibiotics can be identified and correct regimen can be chosen. At least two injectable sensitive drugs and three oral sensitive drugs (total of five) should be taken for at least one year duration. Also check for bone site healing by doing radiograph every 3 months. Blood parameters like hb cbc esr should be checked every 2 monthly. Take immediate visit to tb and chest physician and take advise as I mentioned.
