Are The Back Contractions For Every 4 Minutes Mean Labor?
Hi, I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I believe I lost my mucus plug today. I've been having back contractions/labor for every 4 minutes for the past 4 hours, but they're only lasting 20 to 30 seconds. Should I wait until they last a minute to go to the hospital?
