Are Symptoms Of Pityriasis Rosea And Herpes Alike?
Is Pityriasis rosea related to the herpes virus? I was diagnosed with hsv 1 and 2 several weeks ago and then just started getting a rash on my body. Not near my gentitals though. I have been reading several sources saying they had a similar experience.

The Pityriasis rosea does not resemble as pretty as herpes as there is usual correlation with excess sun exposure, perspiration related occurrences and white de-pigmented areas against bright red tiny eruption of herpes often in segmented areas of the body over one side. However, a high resolution clinical photograph would help a great deal in your matter to comment further more precisely.
