Are Swollen Tonsils And Lymph Nodes Signs Of Lymphoma?

I have had ultra sounds and ct of my neck and have enlarged lymph nodes in my neck as well as swollen "tonsils" @ back of tongue, which are going to be removed and biopsied next week. I know this could be lymphoma but what kind of lymphoma. I want to be informed and have an idea of what to expect if the test does come back positive.

It might not be lymphoma
Wait for the biopsy report
Hope for the best
In case of lymphoma it could be both hodkin and non hodkin lymphoma
Treatment of both is chemoradiotherapy
