Hi,

Chlamydia will not cause swelling of feet and other joints as such. But one can go for Reiter's disease (reactionary arthritis)as a sequel following Chlamydial urethritis or genital infection which can manifest with the symptoms explained by you. Other causes for swelling of feet and joints are also to be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
