Are Swollen Legs, White Ankles And Stuffy Nose During Pregnancy Normal?

I am almost 39 weeks pregnant, & my baby is so low, he is cutting off my blood circulation to my legs & feet. Today, my legs got even bigger, & are so swollen & extremely tight. My toes & ankles are white. My blood pressure is still normal, no headache, no protein in the urine. My nose has been really stuffy today as well. Is this a concern?
