Are Swollen Breasts And Frequent Urination Signs Of Pregnancy?
i think i might be pregnant i had my period on and off last week since then i have had breast swelling tenderness at the nipple also blue viens white milky discharge no smell swollen and tightened abdomin and frequent urinationi took a pregnancy test it came up neg can i be to early to detect hcg levels i have 4 other children my body just feels like its pregnant

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
If you have history of regular cycles and if you also have history of unprotected sex act in the concerned cycle, then you need to check for the pregnancy if your expected date of cycle or 4 weeks are passed after your last menstrual period date.
I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.
If test results rule out pregnancy, then your symptoms can be due to PMS - premenstrual syndrome. In that case, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Start on long acting form of Vitamin B 6, vitamin E and evening primrose oil supplements on daily basis at least for next 3 months.
Also blood prolactin levels will help to know if raised prolactin levels is a cause for your breast secretions. In that case , you will be helped by a course of Cabergolin. Your treating doctor can guide you further about the dose and duration of the same.
