You have unprotected intercourse history...
Just on basis of clinical manifestation like sore breast, abdominal cramps diagnosis can't made
If your period is delayed than for rule out pregnancy Hcg estimation done
In blood Hcg will be raised and positive three week after last LMP while urine card Hcg estimation will take five week after last LMP if conception occurs....
If Hcg raised than Trans vaginal USG done for confirmation of pregnancy...
