I visited the ER 6 weeks ago due to both shins being hard and swollen but no pain no blood clots but diagnosed with a bursitis in my hip yet still no pain but every morning my left more than the right are very hard and and very thick like a tuberband was tied at my ankles what kind of doctor can accuratley diagnose this condition
