Are Stomach Cramps A Sign Of Hernia Or Irritable Bowel Post Abdominoplasty ?

ok I am a young 65 always been healthy but about 7 years ago had a tummy tuck 4 hernias removed uterus and prolapse bladder fixed. I have not healed well and have run 5or7K occasionally but I have had stomach cramping that has gotten worse. I have to freeze in place or lay down to breath to get it under control. I don t drink soda or booze and so I don t think caffeine is part of it no coffee either. I am healthy and take vitamin D3 and B12 but I have never eaten fruits and veggies. Please advice about the cramping. If its normal after those surgeries or another hernia or irritable bowel (thats what I found here on line for cramping) please advise. Thanks Patty
