Are Sore Nipples With Yellow Discharge A Sign Of Menopause?
My nipples have been extremely sore. They also have some yellow discharge. I don t believe I m pregnant, I had a tubal libation almost 6 years ago. I don t get my period because I had an ablasion at the same time. I m 40, could this be early pre menopausal symptoms?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection in your nipple producing soreness and discharge.
It does not seem to be due to menopause.
Having soreness or discharge from the nipple at this age, do not neglect and get examined by your Gynaec.
Mammogram will give good clue about your problem.
Some local skin infection or allergy to bra should be ruled out.
Ok and take care.
