Are Sore Breasts, Tender Back And Cramps Are Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
Hello I went to the doctors and I got a negative pregnant test but it was only 4 days after conception lately my Breast have been really tender back really aching and butterflies and small cramps in my stomach felt like this before and I was t pregnant

Sore breast, tenderness in back and cramps occur late in pregnancy in third trimester.
Such symptoms do not occur in early pregnancy.
Pregnancy test can be negative if done very early.
You can repeat test after 4 weeks for confirmation.
