Are Sore Breast, Cramping And Back Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My breast have been sore, acne on face(irregularly) cramping, hip and back pain, feel my uterine wall thickening, my next period should not be for 1 more week at most, so pregnancy test may be too soon, but with all of these symptoms and signs does that guarantee pregnancy?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Sore breast, acne on face,cramps& back pain may suggest pregnancy but can not be confirmatory tests for pregnancy.
Pregnancy test done at earliest is blood HCG testing around your expected date of menses while home pregnancy test is possible after 5-8 days of delay in periods.
So you should wait for few more days to confirm pregnancy.
