Hello,
It is almost impossible for a pregnancy to happen after so many years of tubal ligation, though failures have been reported as the possibility of reanastomosis exists with time. Your symptoms are more likely to be a result of hormone imbalance and associated urinary infection. Yet, please get a trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify the situation and see a specialist for further management. If pregnancy can be thus excluded, you may need a hormone profile to assess the proper supplementation needed. Please maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet. Hope this helps.
