Are sneezing, cough and cold symptoms of flu?

Have been feeling poorly for over two weeks. Started with head cold, runny nose, sneezing coughing and that turned into a lot of phlegm in cough. Then upset stomach, one night I had vomit and diarrhea then again stomach felt like crap. Two nights later vomit and not just whipped out and extremely tired. Is this the dreaded flu ? ai had not gotten the shot because I had started feeling bad.
