Are Shortness Of Breath And Dryness In Trachea Due To Anxiety?

Is it some kind of anxiety when I have had for several days an almost kind of painful dryness in my trachea (as though I d been running and panting a great deal), recurring shortness of breath (inability to take proper breaths for several minutes, intestinal disturbance and that kind of detached, distant feeling mentally, but with no worried thinking or repeated stressful thoughts?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. If you are sure that you have no worried thinking or repeated stressful thoughts, why you are suspecting anxiety? That sort of thinking itself shows that you are obsessing and you have anxiety regarding this matter. Please do visit a physician and confirm you do not have any physical problems. If this is anxiety, please do consult a psychologist and get some counseling and further advise.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
