Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Some children do have post concussion convulsions which may last upto 2 years. The CT scan findings may be normal, and no epileptic foci be picked up.
I would suggest getting MRI scan which could reveal the foci
As he has repeated convulsion, considration for diagnosis of Epilepsy is to be made nd may require long term anti-epileptic drugs.

Take Care

Best Regards
