Are Saline Breast Implants Safe With Elevated ANA Cell Count?
i am 31 years old and am considering having breast augementation surgery. i have read some horror stories on the internet. my problem, if it is one, is that i have a very high positive ANA cell. there was some question about 10 years ago as to whether i had lupus or not, but the doctor was not 100% sure. he wanted to start me on the medication, but i refused and haven t really had problems since....just a little rash here and there(only about 3 in the past 10 years) my question is....it is safe for me with a high ANA cell like that to get saline breast implants?

There are no contraindications to having breast implants with positive ANA. Some people react to implants but there is no lab tests prior to implantation that will show if you would react. I believe it will be safe for you to have a breast implant
