Are Red Eyes, Tingling Fingers And Headache Symptoms Of Heart Attack Or Stroke?

My eye is bloodshot, my left fingers are tingling, and my upper back has some aching to it, I had a horrible headache with nausea the other day, and I have diabetes (not the insulin kind) my blood pressure is not high ,am I having a heart attack or a stroke.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness of eyes, tingling sensation of fingers and headache.
These symptoms does not indicate heart attack or stroke. They indicate inflammation of the eye or primary headaches like migraine.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
