Are Pulsing Lips And Numbness In Right Arm Related Symptoms ?

Hi I have been experiencing pulsing lips , mainly the bottom lip it is driving me made. It is only slight but enough for me to be bothered by it. I also have had twice over the past two weeks a numbness down my right arm , could these two things be related?

With the above information u hav given both those r not rrelated how ever tingling and numbness should be sorted out please get nack with your diabetic history and drug history..
