Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your blood report shows presence of macrocytes and ovalocytes. Macrocytes and ovalocytes occur due to vitamin B 12 deficiency. Vitamin D is also low. Thus your doctor has prescribed homo 16 tables which contains all necessary vitamins.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
