The uterous is anteverted. It measures 6.5 x 2.4. There is an area of hypo echogenicity within it measuring 3.7 x 2.18 mm. Question early myomatous, or cystic change. No other focal abnormality us seen. The endometrial strip is is 3mm.
There are no pelvic masses or free fluid.
Please share what this means and us there any reason to be concerned. ?
The uterus is normal in size. The inner cavity of the uterus shows the presence of a possible fluid area measuring 3.7 x 2.1 mm. This is very small and can relate to fluid collection due to an infection or some pathological changes. You must get your symptoms reviewed by your doctor and if necessary further investigations may be needed.
