Are Pain Over Vagina And Labia Majora Signs Of Early Labor?

Hi. I am currently 35weeks and 4 days pregnant. I constantly have to pee, and can feel my baby's hands move or push up against my hips. It hurts to roll over in bed and when I get up, I waddle to the bathroom. I constantly feel like I have to pee, but when I go to the bathroom it rare anything comes out. Also I feel weird, uncomfortable pains sometimes right above my vagina. I am not sure if it is contractions, or the baby moving as he is very active. I also feel ocassionaly some sharp pains on the right side of my labia majora, like someone is poking me, then it burns and goes away. Are these signs of early labor? Should I be worried? I do suffer from high blood pressure, but I just took it and it was 136/80.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain over labia is usually seen due to head descent or due to loosened ligaments. This is not suggestive of onset of labor.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
