Are Pain In The Left Thumb, Cold Feet And Warm Upper Body Symptoms Of An Insect Bite?

49 year old women no medical problems or prescribed meds. Had cold feet and warm upper body. Went to sleep for 6 hours after taking Tylenol and no longer have described symptom other than pain in Left thumb could be due to insect bite located in Georgia or driving 3 hours a day to/from work.

Hello,

Your left thumb pain could be from overuse during driving or can be from insect bite. If any redness or bruise present then kindly mention about that. You can be prescribed antihistaminic drug like Levocetrizine if redness over bite are present. If no improvement in 2-3 days then investigate with x ray.
