Hello,

You have completed medication for pulmonary tuberculosis as per history.

So mostly you might be free from pulmonary tuberculosis. You have to repeat your chest x-ray and sputum examination.

The fibrosis due to tuberculosis is not reversible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician

I been coughing for the past 10 weeks and went to the dr had a xray done it came back abnormal. Was referred to see a lung dr in which he told me inflammation in both lungs. Looks cloudy. I had a cat scan test done too and he still is not sure what it is. I have a PET test next week. Could this be serious? What could it be. No other pains as far as shortness of breath only coughing & wheezing sound at night when i breath.
