Are My Urine Test Results Normal?

hello doctor,i had frequent fever for the past 2 weeks.so i took urine test, it showed that pus cells wre about 4-5, and epithelial cells about 1-3. what is the disease,why it ocurs?,what is the treatment i should take?.is it really normal or abnormal?pls answer reply as early as possiblle

Thanks for writing to us

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).This is indicated by presence of pus cells & epithelial cells in urine.Fever is due to UTI.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
You need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity test.
Alkalizing syrup should also be given to change PH of urine.
