General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Meniere disease causes episodes of hearing loss, noise in the ears (tinnitus) and vertigo (dizziness).
The symptoms you explain, do not seem typical of Meniere disease. Brain fog, loos of balance and feeling nervous and shaky can be caused by other conditions and a good physical examination and some tests will be needed. The following are some tests that the doctor may order:
- CBC to rule out anemia
- TSH, FT4 to rule out thyroid problems
- metabolic profile (ALT, AST, creatinine, electrolytes, lipids, glucose levels, etc) to see your health in general

If all the tests and examinations come out normal, then anxiety can be the cause of your symptoms.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
