Are More Tests Necessary When ECG Shows Abnormalities?

Sir, I am 53 year old male. Recently, I had a slight pain on my chest and consulted a doctor. As per his instruction I took an ECG in which some abnormalities are found. Later I took an echo test, Troponin I test, TMT, all showed normal results. My blood sugar, BP and cholesterol levels are also normal. Doctor said nothing to worry. My question is why my ECG showed some abnormalities? Can I make sure that my Heart is OK? Is there any need of further tests?

HI
Well come to HCM
You have not mentioned what kind of abnormalities detected in EKG if this was given here then I would have given a advise accordingly, still you need to be in regular follow up, with your doctor, take care.
