Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
If you had an unprotected intercourse then there is chance of pregnancy.
I suggest you to have a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.
If you had blood when you went to poo that might be due to constipation or hemarrhoids. Please check that as the bleeding is not continuous. Please consult a obstetrician for further examination.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
