I there , my last period was 4th April I am 30 days late and have now missed 2 periods . My cycles are 25 days. I have never missed my period. I had neg blood tests on 15 May and neg urine test on 24th May. Could I be pregnant or how will I know when I will ovulate next as I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion missed periods with negative urine pregnancy test cant be a sign of pregnancy.there may be other causes like thyroid abnormalities, ovarian causes like polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD),stress and increase or decrease in weight.so consult gynae and get necessary investigations done to rule out the cause.dont worry this is commonly seen and once the cause is treated the cycles will become regular and then you can plan the pregnancy.
