Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, the possible causes of the pain are a collection of fluid again, retracting tissues during the process of repair, severed nerve endings etc. Please inform your health care provider and have a review of your situation. A sonogram of the pelvis is necessary to clarify. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
