Are Medicines Macrogol Stearyl Ether, Stearyl Alcohol Etc Safe In Pregnancy?

I am pregnany and have been taking ear calm for an ear infection. The ingredients are: Macrogol Stearyl Ether, Stearyl Alcohol, Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E218), Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E216), Purified Water. Are these ingredients safe in pregnancy?

As these are all administered directly into the ear and are quite averagely safe during pregnancy use, I do not think there is any cause for concern. Make sure you inform any/all doctors you visit about your pregnancy status.
