Hello dear...
small non painful lump on testes witout pain usually non harmful....
but if its increasing in size during change in your position we have rule out for inguinal hernia or varicocele....
if it becomes painful and enlarged than we have to see for epididymitis....
but it it's not cozing any problem right now... you should not worry...
whenever you get time..get done ultrasound of ur scotum and testes to rule out any underlying cause..
hope you are satisfied with the answer...if you have any queries please ask us back.. thank you
