Are Lumps In Perineum, Related With Previous Prostate Cancer?

I seem to have developed a pea sized lump in my perineum. I noticed it about a week ago. I think this may have happened before; and ultimately it went away on its own. It s hard, defined and not painful. It s not red. It below the skin. No drainage. I feel fine. I did have my prostate removed via RRP due to cancer 7 months ago; I m concerned it s related.

It seems there might be having enlarged lymph nodes or some lesion, might be in connection with your past illness.
