Are Lower Abdomen Pain And Sharp Needles In Vagina Signs Of Preterm Labor?
i am 33 weeks pregnant and I am having painfull lower abdomen pain. It happens mostly when i stand up from sitting or lying down.
I feel incomfortable sitting properly as It hurts, i also get the feeling of having sharp needles in my vagina.
Are there signs of preterm labor? or UTI?

hi, uti can cause premature labour pains. pain in lower abd can be an early sign of premature labour and needles in vagina can be because of uti. get your urine routine microscopy done and atleast start on tab duvadilan 10 mg twice a day. you should be on rest and no coitus or lifting weight. if urine report shows inf it should be treated at urgent.all the best take care.
